Why Upgrade to Aluminium?

This fully aluminium, TIG-welded radiator is designed as a direct-fit upgrade for Land Rover LR4 and Range Rover Sport models equipped with the 3.0 V6 or 5.0 V8 engines. Built for demanding conditions and high ambient temperatures, it offers increased durability and improved cooling performance over the factory unit.

Common Failure This Kit Prevents

The core is 13mm deeper than standard, providing greater coolant capacity and improved heat dissipation. This extra volume helps maintain stable operating temperatures during heavy use, off-road driving, towing, or prolonged idling in hot climates. Unlike OEM radiators that use plastic end tanks, this unit is 100% aluminium and fully welded, eliminating common failure points and significantly increasing lifespan.
